Lectures, seminars, interactive workshops, small group experiential exercises, and webinars are available about a host of JEDI-related topics including: Addressing Disparities, Implicit Bias, and the Isms in Health and Health Care; Addressing Cultural Diversity Issues in Clinical Care; Addressing the Social Determinants of Health in Clinical Practice; Fostering Equity in Health Care: The Role of Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Service Delivery; The Hospital’s Role in Improving the Quality and Safety of Care Provided to Diverse Populations: Addressing the ACGME’s CLER Requirements; Fostering Equity and Cultural Competence in Health Care: Why We Need to Engage Diverse Patients, Families, and Communities; Addressing the Social Determinants of Health: How Clinicians Can Help Improve Community and Population Health; Caring for Patients with Health Literacy Challenges; Caring for Patients with Limited English Proficiency; Caring for Immigrants, Refugees, and Migrants; Addressing Spiritual and Religious Issues During Clinical Encounters; and Interprofessional Teamwork: Caring for Patients, Families, and Communities. These and other sessions can be tailored in terms of content, format, and duration to meet the individual needs of diverse groups and organizations. Fees are negotiable.

Consultation and technical assistance are available for: 1) developing clinically relevant content and case studies for use in educational modules and programs; 2) assessing the cultural competence and cultural humility of physicians and other health care professionals; and 3) identifying and sharing resources to improve the quality of care and service delivery to diverse populations and communities.
